Müge is a global talent strategist with over 20 years of experience in various international corporate HR roles. In her most recent position, she handled global talent and HR management. She’s now launched her own practice to help organizations navigate their growth and transformation phases, focusing on people management processes and performance management using the OKR methodology.
On a personal note, Müge’s been spending a lot of time lately working on her singing, reading up on new topics, and learning whenever she gets the chance. A lifelong learner at heart, she loves sharing her knowledge just as much as acquiring it.
