Light Into Autumn – A Candle Making & Serenity Workshop

Light Into Autumn is a two-hour experiential workshop combining the creativity and calm of candle making with practical coaching around stress management, relaxation and creating more space for yourself.

You will create something with your hands, pause from the noise of everyday life, reflect, connect and leave with your own handmade candle — and hopefully a little lighter than when you arrived.
