A creative experience where art meets self-reflection.
A three-hour creative workshop where an artist guides your hands and a coach guides your thinking. You’ll take home a textured flower canvas and a fresh sense of what matters to you right now.
When did you last make time just for you?
Your days are full of other people’s priorities. You know you need to pause, but sitting still with your thoughts rarely works, and “self-care” can start to feel like another task on the list.
This workshop is different. Your hands stay busy with paint, so your mind finally has room to slow down, notice and reflect.
Art. Reflection. Connection.
Over three hours, you’ll create your own textured flower artwork while short, gentle coaching moments help you connect with your intentions. You don’t need talent or a plan. Just bring your curiosity.
Small group. Places are limited. No art experience needed.
